  • Calories: You should have concern on the number of calories you intake. Calories are essential to generate energy, yet it should not be present in a excess level.
  • Exercise: Regular exercise in the morning and evening, doing meditation and yoga during free times are the way you can avoid aging.
  • Antioxidants: Antioxidants are rich in carrots, spinach, etc, which is necessary for neutralising free radicals present on the skin, which are the actual reason for skin problems.
